Leveling 58-68 through instances?

The reason is that We rushed our hunter to 70 and missed out quite much dungeons. And pretty much quitted WoW when we got to 70. Now when LK came we have just dinged 69 with my warrior. And therefor we have done Outlands.
For fun we were thinking about power leveling our shaman by running instances. Preferably going resto then cause the server really lacks healers. What do you think about this? Crappy idea? Buying wow power leveling is a good idea.
